What is included in the monthly rent?
Water, sewer and garbage services are included in your monthly rent, however you are responsible for your own Natural Gas and Electric Bills (which are metered). You are also responsible for your own Cable and Telephone Service.
Is there any restrictions on the type of home?
Yes, all manufactured homes that are to be place in the park must be approved by management, however, as long as your home is in good asthetic and functional condition, it will most likely be approved. We have spaces for single-wide and double-wide homes, please contact us for availability.
Are pets allowed?
Only house pets, such as dogs, cats, tropical fish and birds are allowed, however, they MUST be approved and registered at the Park office.
Is there a swimming pool?
No, there is no swimming pool at the park.
Is there a clubhouse/meeting room?
Yes, the park has a meeting room beside the post office.
Is there an age restriction?
No, we cater to all age groups.
Is there a play area for children?
No. While children are welcome, allowing them to play in the streets is not allowed due to safety concerns. However, beautiful parks and other recreational facilities are close by.
